I love to solve the puzzle about how to help the learner experience the information. Reactions to the experience is fun. Action with the information is the goal.

Finding creative solutions to problems is something that brings me energy. Whether in the classroom, presenting online, or developing e-Learning modules, I love creating experiences where the learner "gets-it." This requires each experience to include interactions, challenging scenarios, and activities.

In my free time, you will find me working in the garden, helping on the farm, reading, or running.
