Problem: Volunteers need training in Core Competencies, as identified by ICC. The Core Competencies are skills that all adults need in order to serve any organization as volunteers.
Solution: In-person training at a national event.

Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT)

Tools Used: Zoom, Facebook live, Schoology (Google LMS)
Problem: Adult volunteers needed training in specific skills that they needed to be able to serve their communities well.
Solution: Offer training live on Zoom, shared on Facebook Live in our private group. Volunteers could join on Zoom or watch later on Facebook in a private group. This is one installment in a series of 15 minute VILT training called "Tuesday Trainings."
