Problem: New Members are not able to assimilate quickly into the culture of ICC due to local volunteers having too many tasks. 

Solution: Design a short (30 minute or less) overview of the vision, mission and core values of ICC to relieve the volunteers of one aspect of training new members and to introduce new members to the culture of ICC.
